ObamaCare

Mr. President,
I am so, so frustrated. I wasn't receiving my health insurance statements so I called WaHealthCareFinder.Org and paid my premium and all was fine. The CSR said, let's review your records and make sure all info is good. They had our income listed as double so they corrected that. I called back several days later to be sure all changes were good and see if I could use the dollars saved to get better coverage to include better prescription coverage. I was then told I didn't qualify for any tax credit or insurance! It appears I currently have NO INSURANCE!
My husband if retired and on medicare with a supplemental plan. I lost my insurance in Jan. 2014 when the required work hours changed from 24 hours to 30 hrs. I generally work 20-29.5 hours at a little more than minumum wage and am 60 years old.
When my husband retired, we moved to WA state to be close to our grandchildren which was so worth the more and huge reduction in income.
I now face weighing the possibility of divorcing my husband so I can qualify for healh care. This is so incredibly insame to me. I was recently told by the pharmacist at my job that she knows of many people who are divorcing while continuing to live together so they can get insurance and afford to live.
This seems so outrageous to me. I can't imagine that I am alone in this situation. What do you suggest? I am open to any/all ideds for save my marriage and assets (which are few).
I would LOVE to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Marcy Chesser
