I need Help!!!

Mr. President:

I am an elderly widow of 66 years old, able to draw my full benefits of social security that I have paid in more than 40 years. My husband passed away 7 years ago. I started to draw benefits on him and when I turned 66 I was not able to draw his money anymore. Now the SS Adm tells me they overpaid me by 35, 000, of which I have no way of proving or disproving at this time. I only know I am not able to do it. They have stopped all my benefits and my savings and my checking is now depleted. I am having to pay for my Medicare out of pocket of which I don't have the means. I have tried numerous times to appeal this decision to no avail. I am now without money to pay any bills. I work 2 days per week even though I have 6 bulging disc in my neck from accident and from falls, and bulging disc in my low back which means chronic constant pain with numbness to fingers and to toes. I make 400.00 per week and I tried to explain this to the SS ADM. but they are not listening.

First of all I don't see why I am not able to draw my husbands benefits, even though mine was more he died left those for me and it goes back to SS??? That is not fair to me as a widow. But even if that is law it should not be its as if an insurance premium that was left for me has been denied. and now my benefits are denied and I am in a desperate state of affairs, with no way or means to buy even food. Please help.

I am truly grateful in advance for any and all things you may be able to do in this matter.
