NEED HELP PLEASE

May 24, 2014
Dear Mr. President,
My name is Cristina Welch. I am writing in regards to a law that was apparently passed making it impossible for any workman’s comp case to get any cash funding in advance. In my case, I have been fighting a company called Westech International because of a fall in an unlit area since June 10th 2010. I injured myself very badly and still to this day can’t function properly. I have seen all their doctors pertaining to this workman’s comp case and now as a result, I have to have surgery. In the beginning of this case, Workman’s comp denied the claim all together, so I had to depend on the state of California for funds, then the funds ran out for that and now, I had to get a job taking care of my mother through IHSS, to where I can barely take care of her for very little money. I have no other funds coming in except from school where I decided to take on College and get my Bachelor in Psychology. Which all funds have to be used for School. So, for 3 years now the Workman’s comp case hasn’t done much of anything. “No Payments”. I have asked for several advances from the other attorneys (adjuster) and they keep denying the advancement. So why on earth can’t a lending service help here in California for a workman’s comp case when the victims are the people that got hurt? In the beginning they offered $20,000 dollars. You would think beings I proved my case that they could at least give me $5,000.00 to help me get out of debt.
Now as the President, I understand you have other things going on in the White House and other obligations, but could you please help in some way beings this is something that is in the Laws now? This case has left me stressed and unable to provide for my family. My mom has COPD and other underlying medical problems that I can’t even address because of no money coming in. Mr. President, I’m begging you to please help. I may not have served in the military and I’m just a young lady who is trying to make a better place for people by getting my Bachelor in Psychology and once that’s done, offering free counseling for those who need it, plus volunteering my time with a local Fire Department and giving food away to families in need. My Attorneys “Reys and Barsoum” have done everything in their power to fight for me, but something has got to give. Please Mr. President, if you can help in any way, I’d really appreciate it. I need the surgery but also need money to survive. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter. I did vote for you so we could change the World in a positive place and manner. Please help Mr. President.
Sincerely,
Cristina Welch
