Lay off Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
- Chester M.
- Tuesday, 29 July 2014
I recently red an article titled, "The U.S. President was ratcheting up the rhetoric and the pressure on Israel to end the fighting in Gaza, and to end it now." It is unbelievable to me that you would not support Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu completely.
The United States has one real friend in the middle east and that is Israel. The Israel people have suffered more than any other people on earth. They have, and are doing everything they can to have peace with Palestien and other countries. They only attack Gaza after Hamas fired hundreds of rockets into Israel.
Do you want Israel to just lay back and be raped? Israel has to defend themselves. But it appears, President Obama, that you want Israel to play a game of tag with Hamas.
My view is that there will never be peace in the middle east until either Israel is run into the sea or Israel runs their enemies into the sea. Israel cannot simply do a few days battle and then stop and let Hamas reload. That's insane.
Mr. President why don't you just call for a cease fire by ISIS, or Syria, or Iraq or Lebanon??? I am a Democrat who is disgusted with the way you are treating Israel.
