Affirmative Action

Hello Mr. President

I would like for you to consider my view on affirmative action. I believe that in this day in age that when a person is filling out an application for anything, be it a job, or an application for college, or an application for housing, or for a mortgage that it is wrong for anyone to request the status of your gender, sexual preferences, ethnicity, race or whatever in deciding whether you might be eligible or not for a specific position. I believe that any company that has privy to this type of information gives them reason to be unduly judgmental and/or prejudiced. Thank you very much for listening to my plea. I hope that in your office, that you might have time to make this a law. That any applications from here on out might become extinct, and that person filling out applications may leave these questions blank when being asked about the aforementioned information on any and all types of legal forms, not matter what. Thank you so much.
Sincerely, Paula Marquette
