Denial of Non-revocable Reserve Retirement Pay in Violation of 10 USC section 12...

Dear President Obama: I wrote to you about five months ago, but I have not received a response. I am a Reserve member who has been denied my Reserve Retirement Pay despite the Congressional guarantee of 10 USC sec 12738. I served14.75 years of active service and accrued 5171 points over a career spanning nearly 28 years for retirement. I desperately need your help in getting Defense Finance and Accounting Service to pay me my Reserve Retired pay and back pay. I don't know if I need a special bill in Congress or if your interest would be enough. Because of the limited scope of review by the Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Circuit, I have been told I waived the nonrevocation section by not raising it to the AFBCMR. This is not what the Congress intended. I feel it is simply another active duty put down of a long serving Reserve member. Please help me. Sincerely, Morris Shelkofsky, 850-443-9903, email@example.com.
