Dear, President, Barack Obama:
They don't stand a chance...of winning...besides they failed with the Benghazi issue..so, this is a stunt that is costing the taxpayers....read below:
Dear...John...I am going to put my two-cents in...everything dealing with the, ObamaCare, has been since, 2012.....so, here goes..Handing out subsidies to lower-income people is one of the most basic functions of the law helps provide otherwise unaffordable Health Insurance.
A Federal Judge from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia threw the challenge out in, January....Then, Judge, Paul Friedman seemed befuddled by the suit which he called "unpersuasive" and wrote did not make "intuitive sense...then he went on to say..."The Court finds that the plain text of the Statute...the statutory structure & the statutory purpose make clear the Congress intended to make premium tax credits available on both state-run & federally facilitated Exchanges...so, you are going to lose this fight like you lost the fight when, Ted Cruz, shutdown the government...and here is the final victory to all of this in favor of, Obama...read below and don't choke...
