An American's life being destroyed for the broken immigration system and unhelpf...

Dear Mr. President Obama,
I'm a citizen of your country. I've been residing in Bangladesh for last a decade with my single parent father. I missed my childhood, I didn't get an opportunity live in my country for our broken immigration system. My father overstayed in U.S for 10 years as well as paid his 10 year penalty and left the country voluntarily without deportation. My father didn't commit any crime and does not have any bad records in my country. After the 10 year penalty was over my father applied for visa only for the sake of me and my education but the visa consular found him inadmissible. Sir, I feel sorry to say this but U.S Embassy, Dhaka was never helpful to us. They have always treated me as an alien although I'm a citizen of your country by born. I have went there for help many times but no one was ready to guide us, as if they wanted to see an American citizen's life being destroyed. I filled I-601 waiver for inadmissibility on behalf of my dad and somehow managed to pay $585 waiver fee, it had been more than 2 months didn't get any response. I hope you understand how hard it is for me to get in touch from overseas, I was not provided any receipt number or any thing that I could get a clue if they even got my case after calling and mailing several places Representative Mellisa from Vermont services center mailed us the receipt number and information of that our case was rejected. Till then I mailed them to guide me if I could re-file or if the money would me refunded I got no responses. Sir, I'm stuck I need your help! My future, my education are going dark. I don't even know if my government cares about an American suffering from education, health and many mores. Every American deserves to live in their homeland, Don't I too? I just want the opportunity to study in college in my own country, Am I asking for too much? I need my dad to be with me he is all I have. I can't just leave him. Please help your citizen Please!
