Dear Mr. President Obama , First of all I think you are and have done a great job. I voted for you both times. My problem is with my Ins. Premiums ,Co-pays ,and how they all raised for 2015,,also I am in the Gap or donut hole Dec 1 ,2014 . The price of Meds just keep raising ,I think a ceiling should be put on Meds about how high they can raise.Since I first started on Medicare Part D,,this is the 1st time I have been in donut hole. Let me first say I am a Widow ,on Social Security which I gross in 2013 $ 8,800.00 income . O.K. what small raise I will get in 2015 will all go to pay for my Medicare plus possably more.Which means my check will be smaller. I believe people like my self have fell through the cracks. We are forgotten people. I do not get welfare,,food stamps,, or any other assistance ,because of my Income .$ 8,800 is low Income,,wouldn 't you say ?. I pay every thing myself. O.K. all of my co-pays increase for next yr. One of my meds for Arthritis will cost me way over $200.00 ,I will not be able to pay it. I take 17 different meds for high Blood Pressure ,Arthritis ,,and C.O.P.D. I want to say I do have some help for my meds for C.O.P.D. from my Ins.Anthem part B. I thank God for that. All I am trying to say Seniors and Disabled like my self,,,I am 74 in yr. or having a very hard time paying for are meds and all are bills to get by. Our Ins. Premiums are high ,co pays are high , Utilities are high , Gro. are high , why the Pharmaceutical Companies are making money hand over fist at our expense. My way of thinking is Meds should not raise so much that even tho we have Ins part D we cant afford the Co Pays, and because they are so high we reach the GAP quicker which means we have to pay for all our Meds with NO HELP . Please do what you can do to raise the amount we spend before we reach the GAP and do what you can to lower price on our Medicine Please. Thank you very much,,,,Now I want to tell you I tried in my ability on comp and talking to people to get McConnel out,,but we lost I believe they have given you a harder time than any other Pres. in my time ,I disagree with them to the fullest and I am so sorry for how they treat you. You have endured way to much and I hate it, Sincerely Carolyn Kinser 8000 Carnation Dr. Louisville ,Ky 40258 502-937-8599
