Reduced Health Care for Diabetic grandson

Dear Mr. President,
My daughter has to support herself, her husband and two children, and is unable to afford a higher tier of health care. She now pays twice as much as she did before for a low tiered policy that is not acceptable to many health care providers.
Her son has Type 1 Diabetes and has to go to a doctor far away who can't provide the type of care he needs. It takes several weeks to get back lab results, which was not the case when she had a different and cheaper policy. The tests were sent to a lab that didn't accept her policy and she got a large bill for the services. This is a sick boy who needs the best care, but his mother can't afford it. His life can be at risk if his Diabetes isn't closely monitored.
