Universal Medical Data Base

Dear Mr. President, I am writing to you on a matter that sets deep within my very being. That you establish a The Universal Medical Data Base System to hold all our medical, dental, prescription and even insurance information, thus records will no longer be lost or altered. This all stems from an incident last year where I almost died from Lithium Toxicity. All because the hospital nor the pharmacy checked or compared records, yet I visit both on a regular bases because I am disabled and have many health issues. My family was almost destroyed because of this and my husband was arrested and locked up for 90 days unfairly, even after a the evidence proves beyond reason he's innocent and the whole situation was my fault due to medication interaction with my other medicines. I pray you will consider my idea, plan and petition, America need this and you to approve this. A plus would be we could receive treatment even if in a car wreck, unconscious, or in another state. Please look at my petitions and move in favor of The Universal Medical Data Base System.
I eagerly await your response & God Bless!
