Ukrainian are united like never before

Dear Mr. President.
I am a citizen of Ukraine. I am writing in English, so that everybody could understand. The situation does not give opportunity to take take time. We need to act fast. Russia stole Crimea, and now looking with drooling at the East and South of Ukraine. We need to stop them right now. Alot of people suggesting evacuating Ukrainians and tatarians from Crimea, put special prices for the water and electricity for Crimea - they want to be independent - let them feel what it is like to be in Russia. Let them pay, according to the world`s standards. Also, we must find the way to get rid of depending on Russia - there is no way we will buy natural gas from them, that is absolutely unacceptable. Mr. President, you know Ukraine is a land of very educated people - collect scientists, give them a task to solve this problem. I am more that sure, most of them already have programs. We must act quickly. Obviously, sanctions from EU and the USA are not effective - they might effect only in time, so it is all up to us. Right now the Ukrainians are united more that never, any pro-russians mood are artificially made, and. obviously, should be simultaneously be punished. We finally have got a chance to build our country, we should use it to the fullest.
