I want to serve, what i believe to be, my country

Dear Barack Obama,
My name is Ricardo Cruz. I am 21 years old. I am a full time worker and i go to community college in the afternoons. I am 60 units into my Biological sciences major. I am also a beneficiary of the Dream Act.
I have lived here since I was 13 years old and i consider this country to be mine as well. Which is why i have decided to write you.
I believe that one should go where ever the heart takes him in order to do that one thing with one's heart. The place where my heart is trying to take me is the military. I would love to serve my country. i would love to wear and respect those colors that will bring honor to my family and my country.
I just want to know if this is only going to be a dream or if maybe one day you think this will become a reality.
Your opinion on the matter would be greatly appreciated Mr. President.
I know you're a busy man, but i will be waiting patiently for your response.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully, Ricardo Cruz
