Dear Barack Obama,
A while back I wrote asking that you implement some laws that will stop evil humans from hurting animals! I can't understand these people!
Also animal shelters are the worst offenders! I don't know how they can allow animals to suffer while they pocket funds meant for animals! Mr. President, I'm aware of the problems you face, but this abuse is against the law and we need to enforce that law now!
Please consider doing this soon! Animals would be better off in sanctuaries as the people running shelters can't are dishonest and we must stop the needless killing and abuse!
