Dear President Donald Trump,

Good day, I would like to finalize my suggestions:
Thank you for the opportunity to write you, I am Garry Lomotos Besana, 29 years old, from Pasig City, Philippines and would like to suggest a very large waste water treatment that is in an oval shaped boundary. It has a loop process and stages which is connected to a dam (upper part) and to the sea (lower part). I would like to refer the size of the treatment plant is as large of Quezon City's perimeter ( in the Philippines) more or less depending on the projected population to be supplied by water. The lower part of the treatment plant is connected to a port area (aligned) which is located near the sea so that it has a one direction treatment process. The treatment plant has a gate (locks) for release of water to lower it and a gate for sucking sea water so that the supply of water in the dam will not dependent to rain. On the upper left side of the loop, a landfill is to be constructed and connected to the flow to be able to treat the waste water before it goes back to the dam as its final treatment process. The treatment process loop is to be mirrored (rotated) for future expansion and projected population growth. Buildings and high rise structures are said to be last priority on construction. In between the treatment plant, there is also a train loop stationing for transportation and electricity distribution. In other words, an artificial river loop (man-made) is to be made which can be controlled by gates in lowering or adding amount of water.

I wish there is a google sketch up here for me to draw my simple urban development including wind turbines (wind farm/wind mill) below the port area, an airport below the landfill and a mining garbage below the dam. The purpose of the artificial river is just to transport water starting from the dam to the sea port area, landfill and goes back to the dam. It will prolong the perimeter of the loop to maximize the capacity and capabilities of water distribution in the dam above. The waste water treatment plants area placed and divided around the loop so that it will only have a single path of treatment process. It could be constructed around decades including excavation, elevations and grading but I think it could support future expansions demands, and water supply. As divided and placed alongside the loop, water supply distribution may take advantage an inward pattern flow. You may consider a stretched rubber band to simplify how will it look like.

This is also to suggest, your honorable President, of preventing immediate construction of skyscrapers and high rise structures. The budget will prioritize first the construction of man-made dam, man-made river with treatment plants divided around, gates, electricity distribution and other excavation or landscape works.

Consider a strip area/perimeter of Quezon City (in the Philippines) has an area of 166.2 sq. km while New York (in the USA) has an area of 1214 sq. km. Demography is to be considered in order to estimate the water consumption of the population in an urban place and also the size and excavation works of constructing dam (with waterproofing and bedding), the width and depth of man-made river and capabilities of treatment plants. The size of the dam will be expanded as rotation of strips (Quezon City area or larger) is increased.

Assuming half of New York City's land area (around 600 sq. km) is occupied by structures with people, and over populated as well, it may have around four rotated strips of Quezon City's land area (4 X 166.2 sq. km). The dam's base length is more or less as long as 4 rotated strips total width. The dam area is good to be expandable or a twin dam (nearby) could be an alternative, projected or expected for another 4 strips (near and mirrored). Since the strips are just attached to each other, they could prevent the use of trains as fast as hyperloop or bullet trains.

Near the port area, a desalination plant (treatment plant division) is to be constructed in order to convert sea water into fresh or potable water. This will be the source of water distribution within areas covered near the port area. As the strip is mirrored, the port area doubles its area capacity for future congestion problems that may occur. The treated water from the port area will continue flow until it reaches near the landfill located about upper left side of the first strip. A treatment plant division is also constructed after or located above the landfill to treat the leakages from garbage before the water flows back to the dam / reservoir (top most). The second strip (mirrored) is considered as first strip's expansion.

Each treatment division will have mini dam (small catch basin) with gates and reinforced concrete wall supports. Those will serve as water stock or storage whenever the main dam ( large dam at topmost) will be repaired in the future or will have its restoration on big wall supports and parts after operating long, long years or decades. The treatment plant division near the sea will replace the main dam as source of water supply. The man made river and dams must be constructed on which they will be easily repaired including the gates of releasing water upon lowering the water level, fences, clearances signs, and restrictions. As compared to natural river as water source, the man made river will have waterproof sidings and beddings or fillings as well as affected areas of lower dam wall supports to prevent leaks and liquefaction. Box culverts below on road's both sides are added in the road design to assure that flooding will be avoided. The box culverts on both sides of the road will make the sidewalk wider and will give space for food station, food stalls and vendors to the nearest loading and unloading zone. Box culverts are located in the main road (national or major) or train loop railway. Each train station will have its electricity connections located at the back. It means that electric plants, transmission lines, or power source will have proper stationing located at the back of train stations for an organize electricity distribution. A road between the train station loop and power source will serve as clearance.

In the beginning, the train stations and railway are just markings and space for wide roads. After the area is becoming populated where traffic congestions could be expected, elevated train stations or subways and railways will be constructed then. The road designs are just repeated and will be based on those most effective and widest roads constructed ever before. There could be certain improvements and revisions to be made and at least avoid the immediate construction of sky ways (super highways/express ways). Sky ways constructions are included on last priorities same as skyscrapers and high rise buildings. They will be constructed a region above the train station loop (railways) connecting or aligning the four strips.

I want to clarify the oval-shaped treatment loop. It will be as shaped of an arm chair. There is a narrowing part on the location of dam gate before the water flows back to the dam. Since the first strip is mirrored and rotated, a large area between the two strips will have the following covered regions. A beach on the bottom part that will be occupied by real estate industries in hotel and resorts, condominiums and commercial buildings. There is an option to provide space for an airport above the beach (with or without). Only half of it will be constructed on the beginning and the other half will be its expansion for the future. Above more, a mini dam (with treatment plant) could be provided which is connected between the extension (other route) of man-made river near the treatment divisions in first strip and the second strip as well. And above the mini dam, an area for coconut plantation is added. The coconut trees will have a wider space or distance between each other's. To remind that a landfill is to be constructed on the upper left portion of the strip, the coconut plantation will acts as wall for garbage odor (diffusion). Same as the airport, the land fill is to be mirrored (double the area). The mini dam will supply water to the beach, airport, and watering the coconut plantation. The length of the beach will depends on the length capacity of the airport or land fill (whichever of the two). Clearances are to be considered and man-made river in between the two strips may have gates.

In regards with the man-made beach, it is a mega-kilometric structure comprising of

1. Terraced / ladderized mall with hotels, parking around 10km long and 600m wide.
2. Golf courses, green parks with Mini hills with mini trees resulting from applied science or genetic engineering. An option to put them above the mega-kilometric structure or attached the shoreline or coastal area.
3. Numerous lagoons and waterfalls, open spaces, atriums like in shopping malls
4. Multi-storey aquarium hotel building having walls with aquariums and spaces for water elevation where water can be pumped up to each hotel room units and dining areas. Aquaponics can be done to maximize the sea water uses.

The design of hotels are based for easy cleaning and repairs.

5. Artificial / Transplanted Corals
6. Large pipes connecting from blue ocean/sea to certain impounding of water at the back of the mega-kilometric structure or below the hotels.
7. Open spaces below/basements area for temporary garbage collection / disposal.
8. Self treatment facilities (Tanks / catchment), automated vacuum waste collection, district cooling system, electrification and bio fuel plants STRATEGICALLY DISTRIBUTED BELOW.
9. Box Culverts as water storage / water catchment tanks.
10. Archipelagic park and other white sand beaches.
11. Giant Trees / Solar-powered Super trees for rainwater harvesting and add aesthetic

It is my choice to provide skyways after a region above the train loop system because I want to provide a highland region attached outside the main dam's face wall for the cow industry. It could be good for travelers for sightseeing. I am a fan of New Zealand's cow and highlands scenery. The beach, coconut plantation, and the cow industry will add source for jobs, tourism, food, wood and other businesses. The first two strips are intended for metropolitan redevelopment which is less luxurious prioritizing basic needs and expansions.

The capacity, grading and landscape of the man-made river is intended for fluidity and could avoid the construction of pumping stations or at least minimize the number. Near the port area, wind turbines (wind farm) are provided for power supply within certain areas below the strip. If wind turbines and treatment plant divisions have higher capabilities of sustaining power supply and water purification with larger areas, each strips may be stretched or doubled. Perhaps it may stress out the worst scenario having China and India's population growth. The first and second strips are for humans.

The third strip is attached to the second strip. It is the CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. On the left side treatment plant divisions (with mini dam) of the second strip, the capacity and capabilities would be higher than of those in the first strip because there will be extensions (other route) to be projected and connected for water supply in certain portions of the third strip. The bottom part (large area) of the third strip will be provided by a zoo-forest which will be the separation or relocation of animals away from humans. The zoo-forest is intended to have levels (storeys) to maximize the space for the animals like humans occupying a mini condominium. It is ladderized (like terraces), multi-level, with golf course above or located in an atrium area. It is also mirrored (double area) up to the fourth strip for expansions. The animals are categorized accordingly. Males and females could be separated and there’s a room or space for mating. Buildings like Eco tower for offices are provided to zoologists and botanists for their studies and developments. Zoo-forest is provided so that animals can't be disturbed by humans on their urban planning and animals can be managed and control their reproduction. Above the zoo-forest, a fish farm is to be provided to canning industry and feed most of the animals in the zoo-forest. There is a saying that there's still many fishes in the sea, how come in the ocean? It means that fishes increases very fast so the demand will not that be a problem. It is in the third strip and not that a priority. But at least in the fish farm (in-land), they could have savings using large boats and they will be able to manage the fish production easily. TV shows / channel like National Geographic Channel and Discovery Channel may take the opportunity to get scenes in the zoo-forest.

I also want to add a kilometric excavation with prepared walls for an artificial sea with collected big types of fishes or eggs from artificial insemination of big types of fishes. Food source for must not be forgotten. The artificial sea water lake is located in the middle of the first and second strips. It is around 2 km in diameter. It is monitored by the union of marine biologists and government has the obligation to feed the collected big type of fishes by processed food or sea weeds, etc. Collection of fishes includes salmon, tuna, sardines, etc. or anything edible and can survive in the man-made sea water lake. The advantage of creating a man-made sea water lake is fishes are separated from whales, sharks, dolphins, birds, etc. Meaning they can easily manage and monitor the reproduction of large fishes. Fishermen are also free from dangerous high tides. Planted and artificial coral reefs are provided for shelter of the fishes. The bottom soil of the artificial sea water lake is coming from an excavated ocean top soil.

A donut area around the artificial sea water lake will be provided for low rise residential houses including the fishermen’s houses. A donut area around the low rise residential houses will be covered by the circling of schools and universities. Several police stations are provided around the schools and universities. A donut area around the schools and universities are provided for mid rise & high rise residential condominiums and townships. The schools and universities are sandwiched and trapped between residential communities, so that schools will be reached easily by anyone. Mid rise & high rise condominiums area are strategically nearer the train loop stations where office buildings are located because majority of the office workers are residing in the mid rise and high rise condominium and townships. Plus, there is a greater demand on security and order, as if police stations are near within the mid rise and high rise residences.

The man made sea water lake will make the drainage system near the waste water treatment divisions and compress the residential communities near the police stations.

Sir, I'm sorry if this takes too long in explaining. The suggestions seem continuous and could have network effect. As a continuation Sir, a mini dam (with treatment plant) again is provided above the fish farm so the water can be lowered by gates and be replaced. It will supply water in the zoo-forest, other regions below and nearest areas above of it. The man-made river in the second strip will have higher capacity than the first strip because certain areas in the third strip will have waste water treatment and water supply through extensions or additional pathways. Back to the fish farm, fishes could be delivered manually by vehicles like truck or vans to the zoo-forest for feeding. It could be eaten raw or processed. An option to provide gates would be helpful where fishes can freely move to the zoo-forest considering clearances and connect transparent inclined pipes (glass with high plasticity) which will elevates them with the help of pumps and certain machine and place them to different small ponds for them to be easily caught and feed to the animals located at different levels/storeys. A good feature may be added if they could see fishes swimming in walkways or floor. It could be a good machine provided that it will be easily repaired, cleaned, detachable, and the parts are repairable. The buildings for the zoologist and botanist may have its most modern design and a good scenery may be seen above the building (roof top/deck or higher) looking the multi-level zoo-forest. The trees on the forest must have wider distance between each other and most of them have fruits for additional feeding. Because of relocating the animals, they could use some forest wisely especially without rivers flowing for urban development and expansions but trees are replaceable to a certain areas. The man made river in the first strip has an offset around several hundreds of meter away going left side from the sea line. A gate for releasing water may be placed more or less in the middle of the rightmost portion of the treatment loop. There will an additional pathway connecting the loop and the sea (right side). The gate must be near to the treatment division so that it will be easily monitored and it is camera operated. The water to be released must be at least treated. Each strips will have extra gate in the sea located below (bottom most) for releasing of water to avoid overflowing. Pumping stations may be added in the future for faster lowering of water level. Again, the water to be released passed treatment process. Near the port area, there must be a widening portion in the man-made river which is already a bay. Boats can occupy two sides; in the bay and the other side which is in the sea. The water should first enter the desalination plant (with mini dam) before it continue flows. Gates are must be strategically placed to hold the flow, trap the sewage, oil spills, and garbage and collecting water into the mini dams. The wind turbines aligned near the port area may also consider as a good view to tourists and travelers aside from other source of power supply. In the beach area between first and second strips, a very wide road will be provided which will be placed by train station and railway in the future connecting the loop 1 and train loop 2. At the back of it power distribution will take advantage of the stationing. They should also consider water proofing in the landfill construction. Offices and residential occupancies for recycling, segregation and composting near the landfill area may use empty cargo containers for them to move or relocate if the garbage odor spreads more while it gets more and more.

Many would say that mini dams are redundant but they are the real source of an estimated amount of water supply distribution. They are intended to be set in divisions around the loop for proper phasing or zoning. The truth behind is the main dam (topmost) is not really intended to be designed to supply water within a large area nor projected future water supply demands. Otherwise, it is only a good placement for contingencies reserved for the future and large excess water as if it could cause floods. There is also a fact that roads and highways are not intended to be designed to carry heavy traffic and congestions but are assumed to be set first at an early period. There is an intention to limit the remaining areas or spaces for zoning or phasing occupied by community, vertical structures buildings or residential units making them less crowded.

As mentioned, the main dam is just a good placement or reserved if they have plan to redevelop the near areas above the main dam. The mini dams are strategically distributed as if water is walking to nearby livable areas and the main dam makes water distribution closer to more upper regions. Time will come where the first and second strips are populated but before it happens, another treatment loop system connected to the mini dam in the third strip. Train loop system 3 will be planned inside the treatment loop system. The regions inside the train loop system 3 will now be occupied by more luxurious houses, high-rise buildings and skyscrapers. Before the constructions, modern plants for cement, filling processes and building materials are to be provided located above and take advantage the near the treatment division before the water flows back to the main dam. With this, expert architects and engineers will have their time to shine showing their most modern, world class designs and new construction methods. It will be also a reward for the sacrifices if theme park or amusement park is included. The fourth strip is for the irrigation and agricultural purposes. The whole area would be ideal to be set after a mining operation done or leveling of mountainous regions and located around several hundreds of meter from an existing progressive city. In the presence of few rivers, the construction of temporary treatment plant for drinking, washing and other purposes is a good preparation indeed. A set back from the sea line is to be provided and be resourceful for the excavated soil and other debris removal.

The duration of constructions in the first strip and second strip is not totally a sacrifice. It may be the time consumed on design, planning stage, and organizing animal rehabilitation and reforestation activity. It is also prioritizing order and system. The construction of man-made dam, river loop, mini dams and treatment divisions may also enhance their knowledge and experiences in hydrology and hydraulics. The fourth strip will be reserved for energy sources like biofuel, food, hygiene, medicine, rubber, wood and clothing. Agriculture is one of the most common existing even before. So I intended to reverse the trend as priority knowing those sources for food, medicine, clothing and energy are important. I placed the agriculture industry in the fourth strip because the existence of a progressive city nearby will be take advantage as well as its system, existing or flow of industries, importing, normal business operations, governance and adapt economic stability. The location of agricultural industry is strategically placed near the most dynamic part, the third strip so that, the manufacturing, processing and delivery on food, clothing, rubber, medicine and energy supply will be at its most effective, fastest, and convenient way as the third strip is specialized for the highest quality standards in infrastructures and high vertical structures. After around 30 to 60 years, the agricultural industry will be transferred or expanded to fifth strip, and so on, and so forth. It will be replaced then by the expansion of metropolitan redevelopment from the third strip. There should be a preparation on master plan projected for upcoming urban development in the fourth strip before the agricultural industry will be transferred to preceding strips.

The middle region of the third strip will be covered by the REPLICA of Central Park in New York City, about thrice the area (3.41 sq. km. X 3 or greater to compress the crowds to the police stations). The replica of the Central Park will have man-made lake and golf course for fishing, attraction and Eco-tourism. The man-made lake can be lowered by gates and connected to the minidam which is near to a treatment division, so that the water can be clean. The replica of the Central Park or PARK CITY will control the number of passengers in the train loop system in the third strip. By the time the fourth strip will start to develop, it will be also based on the third strip scenery but with the reverse scenario.

The middle portion of the fourth strip will be occupied by high rise buildings or skyscrapers, surrounded by a CENTRAL PARK to make it green and to have a new trend of identity by reversing the third strip and fourth strip sceneries.

The Central Park in the third strip is surrounded by the CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. In the FOURTH STRIP, the CENTRAL PARK is circular or C-shaped and an ARCHIPELAGO, surrounding the NEXT CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT in the FOURTH STRIP, an attraction might as well. The water in the ARCHIPELAGIC PARK in the FOURTH STRIP is also used in watering plantations and connected in a treatment division. The ARCHIPELAGIC PARK may also have small and low hill forests to add aesthetic. The malls in the fourth strip are still located nearby train loop stations.

The Circular Archipelagic Park is located more or less center of the train loop railway in the fourth strip. It has numerous small and low hill forests (at a height of around 1 to 2 storey house only) to add aesthetics. It has also white sand beach in each islands, golf course, and resorts. There are embedded very large pipes that are connected from the shore line(sea) to the center of the fourth strip. The pipes will pump the sea water to the center. Pipes are coming from a desalination plant near the sea. The method will be similar to the construction of the WORLD DUBAI, but unlike the WORLD BY DUBAI, the islands will not sink because the water can be lowered, cleaned as it is connected to treatment division, and have more convenience in constructing the Circular Archipelagic Park.

I just want to add, if possible, below my favorite – C-SHAPED / CIRCULAR ARCHIPELAGIC PARK, there's a collection of CORALS or MARINE SANCTUARY. The water may be lowered by gates or locks to isolate the INLAND MARINE SANCTUARY to crocodiles, dolphins, whales, snakes, or sharks to increase the number of fishes conveniently and wisely. The CIRCULAR ARCHIPELAGIC PARK may be connected to nearest treatment divisions for cleaning the water.

The Circular archipelagic park is around 3km in diameter and about 600m width. It has numerous mini hills and mini trees. The artificial sea water has a width of around 200m. Why only 200m?, no one will walk that far from the shore line. The artificial sea water has a maximum depth of 5-7m for divers as well as planted and artificial coral reefs. Meaning, corals will not be affected when lowering the water having its water cleaning maintenance. Coral reefs are located around 150m from the shore line. The circular archipelagic park is reconstructed also in the fifth strip which is larger. The soil in the beach is coming from excavated ocean top soil.

The Circular Archipelagic park is not just for greenery, an ambiance or a way of increasing fishes, but also a strategic way of compressing the residents to the nearest police stations in each train stations.

Majority of the resorts in the Circular Archipelagic Park have exterior water proof engineered wood finishes. The concrete hotels & resorts are painted with choco-brown or dark brown to maintain two dominant colors in the park which are green and brown.

An option to put underwater hotel or a viewing deck may be constructed in the CIRCULAR ARCHIPELAGIC / C-SHAPED PARK for tourists and studies of marine biologists. The observatory or viewing deck of corals may be found in a cruise ship or TITANIC inspired world class hotel building submerged in the man-made sea. The TITANIC inspired hotel has four towers as it has 4 large vertical tubes.

Very large CENTRALIZED MALL (with very large terminal & parking building) is suggested to be placed in the middle of the FOURTH STRIP as crowd is collected in the NEXT CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT in the FOURTH STRIP. Police Headquarters or Police Division may be added at the center of the fourth strip. Train loop station is connected to the center area of the fourth strip.

As my continuation your honorable President, the large modern plants placed in the third strip have very important role as prepared early for changing the top soil at a particular depth, with processed soil (with water) for planting trees, plants and herbs for food, biofuel (also biogas), medicine, wood, rubber, clothing and other uses. Assuming all states in the USA will have those four to five strips, each state will provide large train station and railways and they may already use train as fast as bullet train on its most modern design, environment friendly and safe.

For more emphases, the width of the roads must be exaggerated because of several factors that may affect like garbage collection and disposals, hauling of debris, mobilization in construction, dry and wet goods delivery, ambulance and fire trucks way, and expected demolition clearances in the future with the use of heavy trucks and equipments. They might also affect the road design capacity. As to look attentively to the size of Payatas dump site in the National Capital Region, Philippines (4 strips = more or less NCR.) which is 7.74 sq. km. in size and 2.782 km by 2. 782 km as assumed (square-shaped). They may consider 3 to 4 sets of Payatas dump site (to that kind of exaggeration). The total full length capacity of the landfill (mirrored or doubled) would be 3 X 2.782 = 8.346 km or greater to be used by all 4 to 5 rotated strips (above 600 sq. km). Meaning the length of the beach between the first and second strip would reach above 8.346 km long. The landfill location may not need to be centralized at all because of the existence of nearby progressive city. This may overlap some areas in both first and second strips.

Please also include the collection of fish species in the zoo-forest placed in the large transparent glass pipes (high-plasticity, rubberized, non-slip, and easily removed by cleaning) for additional attraction in the zoo-forest. They may also use other processed animal food instead, the same method of making crackers, snacks, and bread. Back with the loop treatment divisions, the settings may be take advantage for fire stations to surround the different phases or zones. There could be a coordination between the sanitation and fire protection groups. There is an also option that they will provide police sections or offices located in each train stations within the loop which are more or less equidistant to each other's.

By limiting the area of each strips, it will also lessen the complexities or hard times in design capacity calculations, surveying, traffic management, engineering, logistics and other analysis. It is also my choice that the roads will be named after those Hollywood stars and celebrities. Once the mini dams and fire stations are placed around the treatment loop process, water distribution, pipe installations, monitoring services and travel will be at its most convenient condition. Other option is also to place the cement plants, petrochemical plants and factories where they could take advantage the treatment loop process and lessen the time of travel. In addition, they have to be meticulous in the population growth and depreciation of building costs and properties for occupancies and behavior from compressing them in a smaller region to the spreading of liveable areas.

As mentioned before, His Excellency, the man-made river loop will add the capacity of the minidams which is very unnoticeable because of the speed and capabilities of treatment process and water distribution. They may consider the man-made river as elongated very small dam (stretched). That's the reason why I considered it like as rubber band. To estimate for possibilities, I refer about 1/16 of the land area of New York City which is equal to 75.875 sq. km. and which is around 1/2 size of Quezon City land area (166.2 sq. km.). I have to divide when did the construction of high rise buildings in progress started up to the present with the denominator of 16 to estimate the possibility in duration (something to that effect). The land property to be developed is automatically from the government ownership and if budget on roads and highways would be a problem, they may assume them as low grassland or open space (flattened) temporarily to prevent the immediate roads and highways constructions. The buildings in the first strip and second strip with respect to heights will be at its modest state as well as their costs for a meanwhile where the occupancy process will be 40% at the first strip (2nd strip = 0%) then transfer 40% again in the second strip (to that kind of trends). There is an option that buildings have the function on the Zoo-Forest studies and funds.

A portion above the land fill will be a mining garbage for old vehicles, large tools & equipment, refrigerators, and other appliances for recycling or restorations. To reiterate, if you don't mind Sir, the planning and construction of first strip and second strip showing stages and expansions could be considered also as an early preparation before organizing a reforestation activity and animal rehabilitation found in the third strip which is the dynamic part. There is also an option that they will add an inland coral reef sanctuary or marine sanctuary in between the Zoo-forest (may be lowered by gates and connected to near treatment plant division) in the third strip and fourth strip as its continuity. 6. There is an option to locate large hospitals and malls near each train stations or every other station where there are crowds the same as fire stations, police sections, security task force, camera systems or even the location for votes in the election of government officials, foodcourts, might traffic management team as well. The malls for each train stations will motivate to produce raw materials and manufacturing of products.

MINOR BUSINESS DISTRICTS in the first and second strip are located or placed near the train stations (ferry stations as well) so that malls will benefit on sales and terminal fees. Employees and workers will also have convenience on travel time and work locations. MINOR BUSINESS DISTRICTS near train stations are distributed evenly to control the human and traffic congestions in malls and train stations.

As a strategy, the MINOR BUSINESS DISTRICTS or GROUP OF OFFICE BUILDINGS are strategically distributed EVENLY and FAIRLY to each near train stations. Because of the scenario, majority of the residents, inhabitants, and office workers will able to go straight ahead directly to their office having ATMOST 1 ride only as possible. Note that majority of the residents, inhabitants, and office workers are commuters. And train fare is cheaper than bus fare. Car owners will have a problem of parking area when going to work. In this scenario, I could conclude that the transportation in New York City, Dubai, Houston, Chicago, Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Miami, and Metro Manila are ALL MESS when it comes to commuters. And there are bullet trains / hyperloop, where will they put the OFFICE BUILDINGS? I think commuters and office workers will only suffer on travel time.

Modern tricycles and terminals are highly recommended as transportation around the residential areas and secondary roads. Open spaces for garbage collection are also provided for systematic waste management.

7. Also, don't forget the pedestrian lanes, underpass and elevated walkways or combination, bus stop - loading and unloading zone, U-turns or interchanges, and alternate roads – passable for repair or rehabilitation.

Those train stations are designed to carry gigantic electronic billboards. The control room for the camera systems to monitor traffic and roads are located in the train stations as well as the police stations. The third strip will be occupied by massive skyscrapers where traffic congestion is expected. Therefore, a double train loop system in the third strip could be recommended, or triple loop if needed. A subway train loop system for the underground city and an elevated train loop system.

It is also mandatory, those very large malls near each train stations will provide spaces for parking building, bus station or terminal for easy access to transportation. The crowds and the resident's area are compressed in between the school areas or Central Park and river park in the man-made river loop and be monitored by police stations. But it doesn't mean there are no police stations near the school areas or Central Park.

The fourth strip or agricultural farm area is the land area estimated used for the sources of food, medicine, hygiene, biofuel, rubber, and wood based on survey which are the most in demand in the city.

The biofuel / biodiesel / coco diesel in the coconut plantation or farms in the fourth strip will be used to produce generator sets, sources of electricity, LPG and vehicle fuels. Biogas plants are linked to each waste water treatment divisions as sewages are collected. In the landfill, there is also biomass plant and the composting material will be used in the fourth and fifth strips. The waste water treatment divisions must be based on the best waste water treatment system, technology, practices and most modern facilities.

If the area of the circling of schools in the first strip (middle area) is enough, the middle area of the second strip inside the train loop system may be occupied by cemetery or cemetery may occupy a portion in the man-made highland at the face of the dam. There are also smaller loops connected to each treatment divisions. Those are open canals that will collect the septic tank wastes from the residents and wastes in the box culverts on both sides of the roads. Every year, there is a budget for the infrastructures. But what if all the needed infrastructure are already constructed? I think my suggestion could be good choices and reasonable to be constructed with. There is also an idea to develop first the NON-FLOOD ZONE or FLOOD FREE AREA, then transfer the water from the FLOOD AREA ZONE. In other words, the NON-FLOOD ZONE AREA will just affect the nearest CATCH BASIN AREA. Also, the Central Park and the circling of schools will compress the drainage system making them nearer to treatment divisions around the man-made river loop.

Same as train rail system, the river loop can be used as priority lane. Bridges might be costly but it's usual, even in land there are highways, for as long as they can use the lower portion for transportation, it will be same as in land. Yacht and small boats can be use. They can also get donations from yacht, ferries and shipping business and also to include banks, trading, water, fuel, electricity, electronics and software companies. The river loop is an instant park attraction. At least in my suggestion, parks are used wisely to trap the crowd with the police and security units as well as the camera system.

As MINOR BUSINESS DISTRICTS are collected near the train stations, advertisements in the gigantic electronic billboards will be more effective and efficient. An option for train stations to have solar panel roofing as source of electricity in the gigantic electronic billboards is highly recommended.

Before making an underground city, they have to consider the drainage system which is found in the man-made river. Other idea I would like to suggest is a High-tech (push button) fire sprinkler system with the use of internet or wi-fi concept where robot can move or rotate valves even from remote areas. With coordination of the google maps for the exact location of fire and supported by text messages, the fire prevention would be more effective more especially allocated in the Multi-level Central Park as the mob/crowd is collected.

Many buildings in the future would reach supertall and megatall status. All of them would be needing deep excavations for basements, pump room, other mechanical and electrical room. Since the demand of potable or drinking water high, maybe it’s time to include very huge water tanks, catchment or storage (rectangular) below or in the basement areas, around 4 sets each levels and occupy around 3 floor levels for SELF waste water treatment. Gas emissions from the plants would be no longer a problem since it is located below the smart tunnel as well as the distribution whereas the biomass plants are already distributed evenly and need not to reach very far places. Fire security is added to the camera or control room in the smart tunnel for each plants. An option to put district cooling system below the smart tunnel would be also good to take advantage.

The man-made river will give the SEA VIEW, LAKE VIEW, BAY VIEW or WATER FRONT of the given little versions of famous cities with famous building and structures. They may use google search to have some sample pictures of the famous cities in the world as their basis for little version of their totality. The size of each city little version is around 1 to 2 sq. kilometer. The man-made river and man-made lake in the third strip are interconnected to form ISLETS or ISLANDS for each little version of cities and inspired from the FOSTER CITY, California and Eton City, Laguna, Philippines.

The train loop railway in the third strip connecting the replicated cities are doubled and around 700m apart. Malls with very large terminals within each train stations will be in the middle of two parallel train stations. Replicated cities have almost super tall buildings and the majority of the residential communities in the third strip are mostly high rise. Therefore, there’s a greater demand for transportation occupancies and number of train stations.

The residential communities in the third strip will comprise of LOW COST HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUMS that are affordable for the office workers. In this scenario there are a lot possibilities that their offices are more or less walkable if some of the low cost high rise condominiums are placed near the train stations, as office workers prioritize to apply nearby.

If the whole city is expected to be more congested in buildings (or populations) than New York City, a DOUBLE DECKER TRAIN RAILWAY is projected located below, in line with lower railways of each strips as well as railway in the beach. The upper railway is connecting the lower railway of the first strip, beach area, second strip, third strip, and so on and so forth. With this condition, the number of trains can be maximized accommodating a large amount of passengers. Or an option to provide a parallel railway above the lower porting of each train loop railways including the beach area. There is a common station for each intersection, as first strip, beach area, second strip, third strip, etc., are connected.

In the highland area, they could provide cable cars for additional mode of transportation, and area for paragliders to add tourism impact. The path will reach the Central Park and Multi-level Zoo-forest. The golf course in the multi-level zoo-forest is connected, extended and spread out through the elevated Central Park up to the highland, making it the largest golf course in the world. Man- made lakes and man-made lagoons are added to aesthetics, and are connected to the treatment divisions. The fourth strip is also for vertical farming and eco city with eco towers and majority are mega tall buildings. The circling of schools will use SOLAR PANEL roofing or SOLAR FARMS as source of electricity. Residential homes and malls have their choice on type of electricity source whether traditional fossil fuel, solar, biofuel, or wind energy. The schools will have green buildings with self-sewage treatment facilities because they are very far from the man-made river loop.

I think it's time to decongest the buildings in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, and Houston. The buildings would be higher to sustain the occupancy demands in the future and placed those buildings near the malls in the IMAGINARY CITY, so that malls will increase their income in sales and terminal fee. I hope that expert Americans will not only follow my suggestions, instead they should criticize, improve, and add brighter ideas to make it successful and remarkable.
