Dear President Obama,
I am writing this Memorial Day to thank you for seeking, obtaining, and bolstering the highest office of the United States of America. I am a daughter of the American Revolution, born to a father who carried troops to the pacific islands in World War II, mother of a son who, at age 19, risked life and limb at the front line of Panama to represent our great nation during operation Just Cause. I am a witness to the brutality of the 60,s who has known and loved a man who fought the enemy at home to secure the freedom of all American citizens for future generations.
I am an American woman who appreciates more than ever the sacrifices our American men & women have made to secure our freedom and retain the God-given privilege to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Thank you for being you.
